Inverness At Del Lago

The units are old but clean. It is quiet. Our condo backed up to the golf course. We are not golfers but I’m sure it would have been enjoyable if you do golf. No activities at this resort. No putt putt, no lake, no any kinda activities. I think there is a pool but it was too cold for that when we were there in march. If you need a roomy, clean, quiet place, this is it. This is not a place for kids to have fun.

Not a resort but rather a townhome community.
Entire area overrun with hornets. Front door as well as patio had hornet nests everywhere. Grounds were well maintained, they were in better condition than the units. Units were clean but outdated .I felt like I had stepped into the 80’s again!
Master bedroom doesn’t have a shower, it has a jacuzzi tub which after sleeping on the bed You will need it. The bed had to be old as both my husband and I were sore every morning. Second bdroom has 2 twin beds, broken dresser and broken closet doors. Sofa bed springs were broken obviously from wear but seriously it should have been replaced many, many years ago. No activities. There is a pool onsite with what is called an exercise room. All the equipment was broken and the place was dirty, messy and appeared to be «storage» for miscellaneous items.

Impression: First and Last visit

The units were apparently built in the 70s and have received NO updating since. Shower stall had more mold than year old bread, fridge barely cooled food even after being closed up all night, carpet was filthy, plumbing fixtures were once brass (maybe?) but have been scrubbed so much they look as though they lost a fight with a wood chipper. Owner/​receptionist was practically drunk when we arrived about 6:30pm. Their little info binder in the room has an entire page devoted to how proud they are of their towels. Seriously. Overall recommendation is to find another place, any other place — an underpass, a condemned hotel, anything.

Rented a condo here for two weeks. Mostly a working visit, I work from home and wanted to live in the area for a while!
Management seems decent
No hidden charges that I found. Wired internet is free, I brought a WiFi router for my own.
My 2-​bedroom unit fine, all the appliances I tried are in order.
Fresh towels are offered daily, trash is convenient and near, I like the grills out back, the wooded settings, it is very quiet and relaxing here — no boat noise or highway noise! Plenty of birds and squirrels, they like it too!
