Went there on a Tuesday afternoon after wanting to to try another local coffee spot that was closed. Had the stuffed French toast special which was tasty but on the small size. The place was very appealing until I saw the«proudly serve Starbucks» sign. I was hoping for more of a local coffee roast than Starbucks. The service was not great, was there for a couple of hours and the waitress came over once, had to go pay myself inside, plus only take cash! All in all it could be a nice place with some simple modifications.

Loved it! Staff was very friendly food was delicious. The only thing, they only accept cash no credit cards, but there is a bank and atm walking distance from the place.

This place was just amazing. We went here on a Friday late morning and were very pleased with everything. I had the caesar wrap with Frank’s hot sauce on it. It was one of the best wraps I’ve had. I got the macaroni salad on the side and it was great as well. Ordered a white chocolate to go and it was good. My wife ordered a wrap but asked for it to be wrapped in lettuce and they catered to it. That’s good service right there! The place was small and cozy. Definitely will be back next time we visit the NY.

Brian and his wonderful staff of beautiful women are the best. The Café has that comfy hometown feel and people greet you by your name. Brittany and Tiffany as well as the other servers are fantastic. I dont even have to tell them how I want my coffee. That already know and always prepare it for me as soon as they see me walk in. The owner Brian is personable friendly and an all around nice guy. Always a handshake and a smile. We go there for breakfast and lunch several times a week. And they catered our daughter’s baby shower! I would HIGHLY recommend the Iron Café to anyone that wants freshly prepared and delicious foods. I love to spend my Sunday morning there having the Nutella stuffed pancakes.

Ordered 3 wraps exactly as labeled on menu. All we got was chicken. No green, no tomatoe, no cheese barely any dressing. VERY dry. When I called them, the girl said she made it how we ordered it. Chicken bacon ranch wrap. Therefore, no other ingredients. However, chicken bacon ranch wrap is how it is stated on the menu. SPECIFY the ingredients.

This is my absolute favorite place to go to in this area. From the outstanding service to the amazing food this place is beyond expectations. Everything on the menu is delicious and there’s so much to choose from. It’s also decorated so wonderfully and warm, with a gorgeous courtyard for outside dining. I 100 percent recommend Iron Café, you won’t be disappointed !

Was on a weekend vacation cabin in the upstate NY Shawgunk region. Unilocaled up this place for brunch. Good ingredients and fresh bread make a good meal with their hot drink options. They have cosy indoor and bright outdoor seating at the back. Just wish they had fresh orange juice and the works instead of picking things from a fridge.

This place is adorable – cute and quirky, and the food was awesome. I took my mom here for a day-after-mother’s day breakfast and we both got omelets. The service was fast and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend to anyone in town who might be looking for something different. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in the area!

If you’re looking for a coffee spot, this is your place. The Iron café somehow uses authentic Starbucks coffee in everything they make, and it tastes every bit as delicious as it does from a franchised Starbucks. As with a regular Starbucks, just about anything you can dream up drink wise can be made by the girls at the Iron Café. The owner, Brian, is very friendly and usually works the grill. The food menu is always different and interesting, which I appreciate. I think portions could be bigger and prices could be cheaper, though the food always tastes great. The ambiance is very rustic and intimate, a wonderful spot to bring a friend or two for coffee and egg sandwiches, which is something I do regularly.

It’s a small cute café! This is a place that I visit at least once a month. The service has always been friendly. They make a really good smoothie for a hot summer day and always have my favorite tea, Apple Cinnamon, in the winter. Sometimes I do breakfast and get a bacon egg and cheese which is good. Or for lunch their avocado chicken sandwich is a favorite of mine, always served with a side… the sides always a green salad, mac salad, or fruit salad. I have tried all three and pair well with their food. There have been a handful of visits where the food was inconsistent and not as good as others but definitely a place to go to if you’re in the area.

I love this place. I started going here regularly when I moved back into the village in 2011. The owner, Brian, is fantastic and his staff is usually very nice, even more so when they get to know you. Jaime is my absolute favorite because she always knows what to make me to eat and can whip me up a delicious drink even if I don’t know what I’m in the mood for. When I had to go dairy-free and was avoiding soy, Brian was even nice enough to get some coconut milk so I could still have chai lattes when I wanted them when i was still going regularly. Unfortunately I don’t get to go as frequently as I used to but I love it when I do go. This place gets bonus points for being child-friendly and having outdoor seating, which is great for snacks on the way to or from school or the park which is a mere block from here. My son lost a very tiny toy here once and the owner found it(in his garden!) and returned it to him when we came in again. I love Iron Café. They also use local produce, when available, which is great. I’d love it if they were able to use exclusively Hudson Valley Fresh like the Beacon Falls Café because it makes everything so much more delicious. I recommend calling orders in ahead in the morning if you’re running behind or around lunch time because they do get busy.

Iron Café is a cozy, rustic building with a quaint & charming atmosphere. Brian, the café’s owner, makes it a point to get to know the customers & greets you by name. There is a large variety of food & drinks, most of which are made to order. The food is simple, fairly healthy, & really good. If you are passing through or working in Montgomery & need a quick drink & bite to eat, I’d highly recommend this place.

This place is great. A little small, but everyone needs to start somewhere, and the personality of the space outweighs the sometimes cramped quarters. Food is awesome and affordable. If I had to pick one word to describe this place, it would be authentic. There’s nothing pretentious about the food, coffee, staff, or patrons. It’s just real… and real good! The owner is a nice guy, took some time out of his Sunday to chat up my wife and I. Seems to know all the regulars. Also, if you bring in your own mug, coffee is $ 1…and it’s Starbucks Coffee so you know it’s not folgers!

I love this place! As mentioned before the customer service is fantastic! They make you feel very welcome and whatever you need they are more then happy to get you. And most of all their food is just as delightful as their friendly attitude. Friday mornings are all about the robeto burrito and a café mocha!
