They will rip you off. They do not back up their word. Not all their jewelry is good quality and they won’t admit it. They put the blame on you for being too rough. Was even told to be very careful when wearing it. The first of ten diamonds fell out two days after buying it. I don’t know any woman who would be rough on their engagement ring ever let alone on the second day of receiving it. They blamed the poor condition on the owner and not on their product. A sorry ran business. Can you say greed, greed, greed?

I went there looking for a Tacori wedding band. It was a clearance day and I was told I could only buy items on clearance. I told them I wanted to pay up front for the whole ring but, in a rather condescending tone, she told me to come back the following month. It puzzles me how a reputable jeweler would turn away a customer who wants to pay regular price. In addition, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not at all impressed. I would hate to think my age or race played a role. I will go to Atlanta where I expect more respect and accommodation.

Great friendly service. The staff is always helpful and the store has great quality jewelry. They do a great job of keeping up with anniversaries and birthday so you don’t forget.
