Spent $ 100 on flowers for my grandmother’s birthday… they said they would have them delivered on her birthday… I got an email confirmation saying they were delivered but they were not… My grandmother received the flowers the day after her birthday. I emailed them but never heard back. The flowers also weren’t as pretty as the picture, but they were pretty.

I would not do business with this store. Their website expressly misrepresents the flowers you will receive. If you complain, the owner will not match the statements on the web either by reducing the price or by providing the remaining flowers„ but will only tell you(after delivering the flowers) that the web information is wrong in the amount of flowers. You will not receive the number of flowers stated on the site. The owner is very rude. She does not stand by her web representation that«satisfaction is 100% guaranteed,» She does not care if you are satisfied. To the contrary, she will yell at you and tell you that your only recourse is that she will fix the web. She even called me back a second time and misrepresented the number of flowers delivered(we can count to 20 quite easily). She will tell you that you should be happy with the number delivered because, if she sold you each stem individually, it would cost more than you paid so that should be satisfactory. Oh, and she does not ensure that the flowers are at their best at the time of delivery. They were laying down. It took overnight before they perked up enough to be presentable.

These are some of the nicest and most polite people I’ve spoken to. They were out of the flowers I ordered but offered to substitute them with better ones and even helped me with what to say on my card. Free same day delivery as well. All around pleasure to do business with.
