Decent experiences here overall, but today was great. It’s Dec. 23. I stood in line with a display box for 15 minutes(because it was an item a manager had to get, apparently). When I got to the cashier she said she couldn’t get the item. I’d have to get back in line with another lady. W. T. F. Stood in line for an additional 15 or so minutes. I actually started this review über pissed. Then, when she came back the item was over $ 150. I told the lady… can’t do it. She responded, «what if you had a coupon for 50% off?» I said I didn’t have one. She pulls out her phone, finds a coupon online or something, and I get the item half off. Did I mention it was the last one in stock? Originally angry about having to get back in line taught me Christmas elves are around unknown corners. Thanks Melissa.

I have always had great customer service at this Michael’s. They are very helpful with the projects my children have for school. They don’t just tell you what aisle the item you are looking for is on, they take you to the item. Beth and the manager Brittany were very friendly and eager to help.

The manager Adriene has a nasty I don’t care attitude, I stopped at this Michaels yesterday. First, the cashier waited until the last minute to ask for change I only paid with $ 20 and had to wait 15mins just for the manager to hive change, she didn’t apologize and was rude just because I asked what took so long? I guess customer service is not on top list here. I felt so disrespected and disappointed I immediately called corporate office as I left the store so I wouldn’t forget.
