This is as good a cycle store anywhere nationwide. Real good selection of higher end road and time trial rides here, clothing and all required items for the serious rider. Manager was very courteous and helpful.

Great knowledge, Great customer service, Great prices, Great techs. I’ve had a lot of tech work done here (groupset swaps) and Wynne is a excellent tech. I was fit to a new bike here, and Andy does a thorough job measuring, video taping and adjusting during his fitting process. They have 3 levels of fitting depending on your need (comfort, serious efficiency and racer… my terms, but it’s a good estimation). They have a varied selection of gear and nice bikes. They carry Trek and Cervelo. This should be your first stop for cycling needs in Montgomery.

I have been doing triathlons for the past 8 years, and until now, I have not found a triathlon bike with 700cc wheel s that would fit me. I have been looking for a place where they would offer a professional bike fitting and then suggest the «right» bike that would fit me. Previously, I was unsuccessful with bike fitters in Atlanta and Hawaii, and was not happy until I went to Montgomery Multisport. I heard about Andy from a group of triathletes in Georgia, who all drove from out of town to get fitted by him. The 1 ½ hour drive to Montgomery was definitely worth it. Andy was very professional. He provided excellent customer service, took the time to hear my questions and concerns, and did everything in his power to find me the right bike. He met me on a Sunday afternoon, even though the store was closed, to ensure I was happy with the final adjustments and the fitting as a whole. I am so happy with the professionalism and expertise Andy provided. MMS has gained a customer for life because of him. I will definitely recommend Andy to all of my triathlete friends.

I had issues when I first went in due to lack of customer service. Once this issue made it to management that did more than enough to make me want to go back. They took the time to set my bike up perfectly and made sure there was nothing else i needed or questions unanswered.

This is what a local bike shop is supposed to be! These guys know their stuff and they are all about customer service. They’re active in the local area, host various guest speakers, offer maintenance workshops and offer military discounts. MMS should be the place for local and transient military alike for their multisport needs! I’m writing this review one year after buying a new road bike from them and experiencing their customer service for that year … I’d give MMS six stars if I could.
I paid a fair price for my bike. I probably could have paid less if I went online and/​or did some bargaining, but I wanted to support a LBS and that money was easily made up several times over through their outstanding customer service, complimentary tune-​ups (for bikes purchased there) and their no questions asked repair job on my crank and bottom bracket when it started «ticking» after about 300 miles. I dropped it out and got the call back 24 hours later that it was ready and good to go.
On the other repair job my bike needed (when I dumped it), they communicated quickly on the issue found and repair cost. I was charged just 20 minutes labor to remove/​replace a chain ring, which was a testament to their customer service and honesty since they certainly could «pad» that number.
