I would give them no stars in my opinion, they came to clean my empty house (we are moving in) and I know there was not much to be cleaned, so I expected them to do detailed cleaning, for the money they are asking for it should be detailed cleaning. So, they cleaned the fridge, the cabins, the bathrooms, but no detailed at all. They use to much cemicals, no need for that.
The bathroom cabins are still dirty, the doors are still filty, the floor grouting was very dirty, it looked like black color. the bathroom walls were dirty, I told the person that cleaned that area that she should clean that better, she said she is not able to do it, well I expect for her to find a way how to clean it someway.
Hey, I had my own cleaning business before, and I told her how to clean it and she said she has arthritis and she can’t do it. What the @?!$&, is she doing this kind of job!!!
I would not recommend them to anyone. I might open my own cleaning service and show them how to do professional work!

I have been using this service for several months now and am very happy with the quality of the service they provide. The women that come out are dependable and do a good job. They often go the extra mile and are willing to work with my schedule. If I ever notice anything it is always taken care of right away. I couldn’t be happier.
