I would highly recommend Crystal for your massage needs, she is very detailed and listened to my concerns before my session began. The overall facility was nice, with each therapist having their own room. Crystals room was very clean and the ambiance was just right for relaxation! The only reason I’m not giving this establishment 5 stars is because of my interaction with LeAnne before I came to my appointment and my conversation that I had with her when I arrived for my appointment. This business uses online booking, which
leaves room for error when it comes to booking clients! I called and left a message and LeAnne was the therapist to call me back. She was not helpful with resolving the issue that I was having with booking the appointment. If I had not already purchased the Groupon deal I would have not booked an appointment at Peaceful Solutions. I was able to get another therapist, Crystal, and she will be my therapist in Montgomery for my massage needs. Also Mary was very sweet and understanding when I tried to book another time but could not make my appointment because of an emergency. I believe that LeAnne just needs to work on her customer service techniques over the phone and in person. I would suggest for a great massage and customer service book with Crystal.

If you value good customer service in addition to great massages, I would not recommend booking a massage with LeAnne. I bought a Groupon deal for two hour long massages. The first one was great but the second one never happened because LeAnne decided to «leave and go run errands» because I was 10 minutes late. Even though I called the business and left a message saying I was on my way, LeAnne informed me it is her normal practice to immediately leave the building and run errands if a client is not on time. She then told me I should have called her cell phone (which is not listed on the website or business door) instead of the business number.
I have never heard of such! If I have ever been late for a massage anywhere else, the therapist would simply subtract that time away from my appointment. I had taken off work to make this appointment, since this location doesn’t offer hours that are convenient to people who work a 9 – 5 job. It’s clear that customer service is not valued here so I will not spend my money at this place again.
