If I could rate less than one star I would. I will say the main area is very stylish and it seems like it would be a professional establishment. I have never had my nails done here so I cannot rate that service. I went in for a bikini and eyebrows wax on separate occasions. For starters, the eyebrows were a disaster. A really young woman with a short pixie performed this service and I ended up leaving with 1 and a half eyebrow. The woman could not understand why I was upset and why she was not getting a tip. I went back again because I didn’t want to come the salon out as I have had good and bad experiences at lots of places. I went in for a bikini wax and was greeted by an older woman and she was very nice. The problem was that she did not clean have wax, fresh sticks or even clean paper on the waxing table. Very very unsanitary. I did not go through with the procedure.

I have gone here for the past few years. The staff is very nice and they do great designs. I was also doing leg waxing here last summer but quality really depends who you get on that one, the owner and her daughter are good but another girl was not, so I stopped doing it here. Pedicures are always great and last a long time and manicures are always good. I’ve never had a problem communicating with the staff and I only speak English so I’m not sure why the previous reviewer had such an issue.
