Spent $ 1500 on appliances and when I called to check on them got hung up on 6TIMES and no one could tell me anything except what«the computer» said, even tho on my end it showed them already at the store 3 days early! Then after all the headache and a complaint later they gave me 100 $ in SYWR Points so we tried to give then another shot… mistake! It took me 1.5 hours to return 1 pair of headphones(wasn’t worth the money for jogging headphones that wont stay in your ear!) and then we ordered a tile saw online and it came in damaged! So we tried to take it back and it took 3 people to do a return on it! Their own employees said EVERYTHING from the .com site comes in damaged(at minimum the boxes do) and they aren’t suppose to return those items that we are supposed to send them back even though the return policy said we could. They finally did after i raised enough hell about it. All they wanted to do is keep the returns from affecting their store profit! Employees in the merchandise area also just don’t care about anything but their friends. 95% of the employees are untrained and unprofessional. They have officially lost our business!

I’m a Male who is ok with a little shopping. I get a ton of gift cards thru out the year. I got one for sears and went to use it. It was like pulling teeth for the cashier to even swipe my gift card! She then tells me I have nothing on it, this is after she saw me open it up for the first time never used! I walk away after a sales manager comes and he didn’t know anything either. I proceed to call the # on the back of the card and guess what it says $ 50!!! I take my $ 50 card right back in there and told them if they don’t understand English get me someone who can! Finally a really nice lady came over and was actually knowledgable of her job. She Got me taken care of finally. Now why was it so hard to pay with a gift card that came from the store itself!
