I wish I could rate Sexton Tire a zero for Professionalism. I had been a customer for years taking both my vehicles a Convertible Mustang & Lexus RX330 to this business. I called back to let the owner(Ronnie Sexton) know that my key was broken by the technician that did my oil change on the Lexus, he just taped it up without informing me. He went off on me as if I had stolen something from his business. I could not believe that a business owner would dare speak to a customer in the manner he did. He raised his voice at me and said I brought the key in broken and they did me a favor by putting black tape on it… and then he hung up in my face. I never raised my voice at this man. So I called him back because in my mind, I was thinking surely Ronnie did not hang up on me. I called him back and he would not allow me to get a word in. Every time I opened my mouth to speak, he attempted to talk over me and he hung up on me once again. What he did not know is that I was NOT calling for a key replacement because anyone that has owned a Lexus for a number of years, knows that the plastic on the keys breaks. I wanted to just let him know that I should have been informed instead of just taping it up without acknowledging it to me. I contribute Ronnie Sexton’s behavior toward me as Racism. I am a black female and feel that he would have never talked to anyone of the Caucasian persuasion in that manner. Ronnie Sexton lost a life long customer over a broken key that I was not even asking for him to replace. NOTPROFESSIONALATALL.

Look very carefully at your bill. They tend to pad it with extraneous stuff. Not dishonest but just common corporate sleaze. I will not do any more business with them.
