Take your Apple products to the real Apple store in Birmingham! My Macbook Pro needed a new operating system after being damaged in a burglary. The guy at Simply Mac reassured me that he would retrieve my data and restore it after installing the new OS. He even quoted me prices for the OS and data restoration. When I called the next day to check on progress – since he did not call me, as he’d promised – he said they had wiped the disk, saving no data, and had not even started installing the OS yet. Poor communication at best. I will never go back there.

Don’t waste your time go to a real Apple Store or mail your product in. Brought in defective phone and they tried to tell me it was normal while Apple said it was defective.

Worst service ever. Will drive to Birmingham from now on. The guy behind the counter acted like he didn’t know what I needed. I’m not stupid. Apple asked me to go to this store for a repair on my iPhone that Apple said was a manufacture defect. Instead of looking it up or asking me any more questions he went on to say how much it would cost. We argued a little and I finally left. The Apple Store in Birmingham might be a long drive but it’s so worth it! My phone is fixed now and I was treated respectfully.

So we came in here just because of the name. I thought maybe it was Apple’s version of a Mac store in AL. It kinda is st up that way, but super small with the basic macs that everyone usually will have.
