Springs Window Fashions

I order Graber/​Bali solar shades (custom made) from Lowes. The installed measured and installed. The blinds had a 1.24 inch gap on one side and a half inch gap on the other. I was told, by the sales person at the time of ordering, that I could expect a ¾ inch gap. This was quoted from the book that Spring Fashion printed. The blinds are uneven and the sun shines in on the right where there is a 1.25 inch gap. These blinds were expensive.
I complained about the gap. I was asked to take pictures which I did. I was asked to take measurements, which I did. Unsatisfied with these items, Lowes had the installer come back to the house. After all of this trouble, I was told that Spring Fashions would not remake the blinds.
I have no problem with Lowes. They have been very nice. The executive office representative heard my complain and took action. Now Levolor is making shades for me.
My complaint is with Spring Window Fashions which makes Bali and Graber products

Purchased 3 Roman Shades thru Lowes, Bali, they came from Springs. They enclosed the wrong brackets. When I got them installed one shade hung unevenly. After being on hold for 25 mints, they informed me that it was miss strung and go to Lowes and they will order me a new one for free and destroy the current one. Easier said than done. When Lowes called (another 25 mints on hold), the rep said that I had to bring the one in before they would order me another. After I said no way in hell, they said ok. Well in the meantime the cordless feature broke and they said they will reorder if necessary. They are a pain in the behind to deal with…
