If you’re thinking of leasing a unit here, think long and hard. The property managers change around so there’s no consistency in management. The customer service is horrible. The only reason I didn’t give the property one star is because of their costs. The prices are somewhat reasonable but you sacrifice so much and you truly are getting what you pay for.
Some issues/concerns with the property:
poor lighting
poor pest control
online billing is frequently offline/locked out
no UPS/FedEx waiver for drop offs
access is not always available after hours
These are just a few issues. The only good thing is they are cheap for climate control storage, but again you get what you pay for.
