Ate at BB Kings last Friday night. Music was great. Food and service was bad. Staff not trained properly, food not good. I had the ½ smoked chicken. It was obviously cooked in a oven. Not smoked. My wife had the pulled pork which tasted like it had been cooked in a crock pot. The Casino was very smokey– I thought smoking was banned indoors but not at Wyncreek. I won’t return.

Bb King Blues for diner was a huge disappointment!!! Our server was great but food took forever and was cod when it reached us! Portions were tiny for the price! And don’t order a beer it took 20 minutes for my husband to get one!!! Definitely worth eating before you get here!

I must say in was all ready to come and enjoy a great evening with my husband on a special day for us! We ordered our food which took a long time to get !!! First my husband order came out missing his vegetables and 25 minutes later due To poor management my Ribs came out so tough unfit to eat !! The waitress we had was so bad never came back to give my husband not one refill of drinks that he asked for 3 times! On top of that I asked to speak to manager again and she was too busy to come out Coming from Atlanta to enjoy 2 days here and enjoy a great meal was a disaster !! If you don’t have enough people to work and prepare the food proper i suggest you shut down ! I was not the only customer that was complaining !!! This is so unprofessional and I hope things get better if not BB King will surely Close as quickly as it open!!! PSA.

We often visit this casino as well as the sister casino in Wetumpka. This one has just been remodeled, and it about to include a hotel as well. The remodel included the addition of a BB King Blues Club, and gave the back part of the casino a more«Vegas» feel. We didn’t enter the jazz club that night, but since they were calling names for tables until after 1AM, it must be pretty good! I did like that the windows were open to the casino, so you could play nearby slots and listen to some good jazz and blues! The drinks can be ordered from the machines, and the service is usually very fast. I wish there was a better selection of slots. We also kept finding more $ 1 and up slots than you would usually find in an Alabama casino. I would recommend that they add more quarter and below slots, since these tended to fill up quickly while the higher limits sat empty all night. All in all a good experience here.

Transplant from Philly. The casinos in this area are quaint. Minimum amount of slots above penny types. While this is the closest casino to downtown Montgomery, it’s also quite small. I heard people win here but I couldn’t find any stats on the odds or pay out ratios and with the Victoryland fiasco, I’m not surprised. I was here longer than an hour, on more than one occasion and never heard a single slot machine win. I’ll save my money for trips out of state!

I presented an issue with the operation of the slot machines and instead of the staff listening to the complaint, they gave me 1000 reasons and excuses for not listening to a valid issue. They also belittle you. On one hand they told me they will listen to a complaint with the authority to fix the problem, then on the other they put it on the backs of the owners saying it’s up to them. They even admitted that they’ve had many complaints about the same issue, but for some reason, they choose not to fix it. The company here has poor management and poor customer service. They were given several opportunities to provide a remedy, an apology, or to at least take my suggestions of a viable solution, but they chose not to. I assume this review will also fall on deaf ears since the company does not seem to care about their customers. Pamela and Lisa were the floor managers during my visit and they were given this info. As a result of their inaction, I am writing this review. I was really shocked at how they handled the situation. Lisa was worse. She actually came out and told me that their customers don’t use common sense! If staff are directed to make customers unwelcome for voicing a complaint to the point where they won’t come back, then they have succeeded at that. This place has a lot of craziness going on. If executive management want details, they can reach out to me but when you have a really bad experience, it makes you pay attention to other things that you normally wouldn’t pay attention to. It’s clear that people are getting taken advantage of and obvious that the casino is capitalizing on it.

The ultimate rip off and because most of their patrons are minorites, they make it a priority to NOT resolve legitimate complaints. Both Pamela and Lisa, who are gaming mangers admitted that many of their slot machines are purposefully set to the max bet, which deceives customers who will put their money in thinking that the machines will begin at the minimum bet. As a matter of fact, they have machines that will reset to the minimum bet but if you don’t carefully look, you’ll end up losing all of your money in one shot. As representatives of the casino, Lisa and Pam said they’ve had many complaints on this, yet they fail to provide continuity with the machines and they fail to provide recourse for customers who fall prey to this scam. I honestly believe this is due to the demographics of their customers. You wouldn’t find this caliber of deception in Cherokee, Vegas or even in Seminole. Those places view customer service differently and in a situation like this, they would make it right. As a result of my experience with this place, I began to notice some other illegitimate things that would clearly prompt an investigation on their business practices. They’re cultivating a good perception, but in reality, you’re playing rushing roulette with this place. It’s designed to give you a great experience through a lens of deception. Both Pam and Lisa revealed this and because of that, I won’t be back and I certainly don’t recommend it!

Creek Casino is perfect for very basic gamblers. You won’t find Poker or Blackjack, but you will find a wide array of penny slots. There are about 4 rooms of slot machines, an eatery, free non-alcoholic beverage stands, a bar and a golf range connected to the casino. People literally visit this casino by the bus load, so expect there to be a crowd especially on weekends. Apparently there’s a non-smoking section but the entire place is very smoky to me. Bring a mask if smoke irritates you, you definitely won’t be alone. Someone wins a jackpot at least every 30 minutes to an hour, so I’d say your chances are pretty high. Check the website for deals and promos, they do come in handy.

First time visitor to this casino while on a business trip. Nice building and staff. Lots of slots to play, this place is huge. Slots seamed a little tight during my visit, but I can deal with that. What I don’t understand is why a non-smoker has to walk through the smoking area to get to the non-smoking area of the casino. I think a separate entrance might very well be appropriate. Since being back home in the ATL, I’ve been sick with major sinus issues, the direct result of being subjected to second-hand smoke. And let me tell you, those people can smoke. Would I return? Probably, but will plan my trip on a weekday while the casino’s air filtration systems can actually work.

Had a great time here. Too many penny slots but the place was clean and the staff was friendly. Great food and the prices were reasonable for a non-Vegas casino. No tables here and only slots but that’s the State of Alabama and not the casino. Didn’t see but one security officer and hope they have better security or visibility in the future. Parking was close and it looks like they have big plans. Thanks!

This casino is the upscale version of its namesake casino in Wetumka… A much nicer slots house with 3 – 4 large rooms with plenty of machines to play. Most of the machines in this casino I had never seen or heard of before, but it was fun playing them. On the night that I went with my wife and several in-laws, I saw plenty of people winning a good bit. One woman won $ 10,500… I could only wish to get that lucky. The only odd thing I saw here was how security stopped everyone from playing on one floor and had everyone leave so they could either clean or collect the money from all of the machines… I go to much larger casinos on a regular basis and have never been asked to leave like this. Other than this, it was a good time.
