I love this gym. It’s quiet, the people are friendly, and the instructors/​classes are dope!
My favorite part is the equipment is all pretty new — unlike some of the other Y’s. The crowd is pretty much middle aged with a few young people but don’t let that deter you. The environment is engaging and great for young professionals who need to burn some steam lol.
Coming from a «mega gym» (aka LA Fitness) I’m glad that I was able to find this gym gem :) I see more results and I actually look forward to coming multiple times of the week (& weekend).

Great facilities. Cardio, weights, a group classes room, and two full gyms. Great place for pick up basketball games. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the locker rooms is clean as well.

This is a great YMCA! I am amazed by the sheer amount of after-​school programming they do. Twelve and up are able to come after school and they play until they kick them out. The staff & management develop real relationships with the kids and it feels like a really positive place for them to be. I know they also run programs at the school, but haven’t had any experience with that.
The workout facilities get the job done. I liked the individual TVs on the treadmills. I haven’t partaken in any of the classes, though they people I’ve spoken with seem to really enjoy them.
