I wish I could give this a 0. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to in my life. Scratch that – this is the WORST fast food establishment I’ve ever been to my life. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, the food is always cold and they frequently run out of main items. I don’t even know why this KFC is still open, they need to shut it down. I live close and I do enjoy the original recipe so I’ve been here several times, and every single time I’ve had a problem. The last time was my last visit ever. I was spoken two very rudely by staff and I ended up having to report the incident. After I placed my order and got home I realized that they left out several items and got the order totally incorrect. I then realized that they never gave me my credit card back. I called immediately and spoke with the manager, who was very unapologetic and told me to come back and get it. He offered no consolation for my inconvenience whatsoever. Apparently they had no more biscuits or macaroni and cheese, so instead they put cookies in place of the missing items without even telling me. So basically you pay for something here and they just give you what they want you to have. Very shady. When I went back to get my credit card and for them to correct my order, Sharon was extremely rude and began arguing with me. I told her I would call corporate and report them and I was told«oh well go ahead, KFCs are run by Indians, and they could care less». Rude and racist employees obviously. At that point I didn’t even want the food and wanted my money back, and of course they said they could not do that. So after several calls to the manager over a 3 week period, I was finally given a coupon for two free $ 5 meals. Hardly the solution I felt was deserved, but at this point I was tired of dealing with these people. After this experience I no longer patronize KFC at all. The ratings don’t lie, this place is a zero. You’d be better off going to Popeyes on Broad street in Lansdale. They know how to treat customers and the food is always good and hot.

Only one visit, but it was a pretty good one. Ordered an 8-pc family meal, extra crispy, with potato wedges, & mac and cheese. They were out of extra crispy wings, but that was a bonus because we got more legs instead. Everything came out really good. The potato wedges and mac and cheese were delicious. Nothing seemed like it had been sitting around all day. I know they get a lot of crap for the service, but it was fine when I stopped by. Thought readers could use a review that didn’t have the same experience as everyone else.

I wanted to give zero star if I could. This place sucks Service is awful and unkind, unfriendly I ordered 8 pieces of family meal bucket Smell of the chicken was nasty, like they fried them in old thousand times used oils. And taste was horrible. My stomach was upset because of bad oils. I went there several times since I live very close but I would never ever go back again

A relative from overseas moved to states side and had never had KFC in America before and wanted to try it out. Needless to say, despite my protests and reasoning with the boy, he wouldn’t listen to me. So off we went on our adventure to the closest KFC location. There were no customers in the restaurant when we pulled up and the drive-thru was clear so I thought to myself, «ok, so this should be quick». Nope. I was sorely wrong. Not only did I have to wait in a parking spot for them to bring me out my food, but I had to wait 10 mins longer than what they had told me I had to wait, which was 10 mins. So after 20 mins of waiting. We get our bag of food. That’s way too long to be waiting for food at a fast food restaurant when it wasn’t busy at all, and it wasn’t during a meal rush(past 7pm). Oh, also, they didn’t take coupons that I had received in the mail for KFC from this location which is really dumb. It’s not the cashier’s fault because they said it wasn’t in their system so there’s nothing she could’ve done about it but seriously, that restaurant needs to get their shit together. Expect to get diarrhea after eating the food from here. Parking: Shared lot Price: KFC prices(overpriced) Wait: Too long

We ordered 10 piece original chicken and spicy original hot wings. When we got home we were disappointed by the«hot wings». First of all, it wasn’t spicy and secondly you could tell it was old bc the meat inside was all dried up. Our 10 piece chicken was okay but looked a tad stale. YUCK.

I saw the commercial for the hot wings, and was like hmm, I want them. So I stupidly went to this KFC, even tho I’ve avoided for years because everything about it is awful. Should have gone to Popeyes. Took three minutes to place my order, as the idiot I was speaking to couldn’t hear me, or couldn’t do two things at once, and kept asking me to repeat myself and then there would be long periods of silence. After an additional 8 – 9 minutes, I finally make it to the window. The guy is avoiding looking at me, standing at the register typing something in. After a minute, he grabs my drink, leans out and yells my total. I give him my card, say thank you, and I have yet to see this man’s eyes or here his voice. After another minute, my food is given to me, making it a total time of 14 minutes I’ve been in the drive thru. Good thing they don’t have a 90 second guarantee like mcdonalds. Get home, to see that my order of 5 hot wings, potato wedges, medium Pepsi and a chicken little sandwich has morphed into 4 chicken wings, 2 chicken little sandwiches, and a Pepsi. Having a hungry bf and not wanting to waste another half an hour to get my order fixed, this is what we are having for dinner tonight. NEVERGOTOTHISKFCNOMATTERHOWENTICINGTHEIRCOMMERCIALSLOOK!!! How can you be out of chicken bites at KFC? Really. I’m so disappointed in this establishment.

The drive-through was supposed to close at 11. I visited a full hour before closing, and after waiting five minutes at the drive-through for someone to welcome me, the employee finally walked outside with trash and saw me. I had to wait another three minutes after he saw me just to have him tell me over the loudspeaker that they were ALL out of chicken! How is this possible a full hour before closing at a place who prides themselves on chicken? How ridiculous. My friend and I waited for almost ten minutes for absolutely nothing and will never be back. I doubt a restaurant with«chicken» in it’s name actually ever runs out of chicken. What I wouldn’t doubt is if the employees were just itching to close early and decided against putting more on the grill. As a post script, after I was explaining my problem to other friends, a few responded that they have experienced the same problem before as well, and will also not be returning.

this place was so horrible and filthy, not only was my order wrong, it was packed to go, I did plan on eating in with my grandson, but when I approached the dining room I was horrified of the sight of garbage everywhere, and the tables were all sticky, the high chairs were too, I nearly left in tears after I put all the food I just paid for in the trash.

I had the misfortune of arriving at this KFC a couple of Saturday nights ago. I haven’t been to a KFC in years and had never been to this one. What I know for sure is that I will not be returning to this one and probably never ever KFC. Nothing horrible happened, but I ordered two things: 5Hot wings and Some new offering, I think they were chicken bites. I pulled off and tried one of the chicken bites. GROSS! First they were warm-ish, not hot. Second they were soggy and had loose skin. Third, someone obviously did not check the recipe, Because there was way too much seasoning on these small bites. So much so, I actually threw them out. There was no way I could feed these to my child(not that I should be feeding my child KFC anyway :-) It was late and we were returning home, so I called myself looking for a «better quality“fast food and made a poor choice with KFC. I ended up having to run to McDonald’s and get those god awful chicken nuggets anyway. The experience was so awful I wanted to call the manager and complain, but I realized that the drive-through guy did not even give me a receipt. Doesn’t matter I won’t be back… The hot wings were okay. Warm-ish, not a fresh flavor. Either the oil needs to be changed or the chicken wasn’t at its peak of freshness. I get it… it’s fast food, which I rarely buy, but it’s still my money. I’ll shut up now… ;0)
