Woah. We stopped at Baked for a sweet treat and a bathroom break on the way through town. We were not disappointed at all! Wow. Cupcakes were super moist and the flavors were well developed and executed. They weren’t over sweet. The smores had a graham cracker base. The monster was amazing. Seriously the best cupcakes I’ve had. Make sure you stop on in and try one!

Food was average at best, overpriced, cupcakes were mediocre, and it took over 30 minutes to get our food out. Décor was ok, but the table next to us had the most disgusting rug underneath it that I have ever seen, it looked twenty years old and had never been washed. Very disappointed.

This is a quaint little bakery (restaurant) to match the quaint little town it is located. Cupcakes are the speciality and do not disappoint. That said, don’t sleep on the sandwiches either. As opposed to most cupcakeries, Baked has added this element to their menu. Certainly don’t expect to leave needing to unbutton your pants, but for a lunch, it is nice. On your way past Monticello on 151, stop and say hello to the folks here at Baked. You won’t be disappointed, unless they’ve run out of your favorite cupcake for the day.
