With the temperature plummeting to –4 degrees Fahrenheit, our furnace decided now would be a good time to give up the ghost. Cue a panicked phone call to CES(who also provide our propane) and a team was here within an hour to save the day. Polite, friendly and informative, the guys went through their defect identification and rectification with the minimum of fuss and trouble and left us very satisfied. They even had time(and the inclination) to offer some practical tips about future servicing of our system and how to avoid problems over the winter. All of which was very well received.
