Would rather sleep at a bus stop, in the middle of a bizzard ! Save yourself, dont bother !

This was one of my worst travel experiences. I wouldn’t stay here at any price, and particularly if you require internet access in this rural area. Happy story was that we got lucky negotiated a great last minute price at another place that was terrific.
Although the rooms were arguably clean, they were dingy and clearly not well-​maintained. The room was chilly cold (January) with a crappy heater that wasn’t comfortable even standing next to it. The bathroom was too cold to use. Bed uncomfortable.
They advertised internet access, but the claim is entirely false. Although they have access points, you could not connect to any of them anywhere in the motel, even in the lobby. Management seemed unsurprised at our problem. They told us they would reboot their routers, and that things would be up and coming within a half hour. They asked us to wait another half hour after the first half hour.
We felt that we couldn’t bear to stay there and checked out two hours after being there. Manager stated she understood and was fine with us leaving, but explained that while she would give us a refund if it were up to her, we would need to go to priceline for the four-​day stay because prepaid.
Later, they contested the refund, and lied, claiming we used the room (we did not) and that we refused the offered alternative rooms (which, they did not offer) that would have better access to the internet (there was no place in the hotel where internet worked, even the lobby, despite 4-​bar pickup on the various access points). I am a technologist and the internet did not work on any of our five devices (two laptops, two smart phones and an iPad).
Managers could care less about our concerns, and did not offer another room (although they were nearly empty). When we sought a refund for the false advertising from priceline, the manager lied and claimed we were offered another room.
Bad rooms, no internet, false advertising and they lied to extract a fee for non-​service.

Horrible place to stay.
Disgusting, and managers have no concern for guest safety or satisfaction. Stay in a wet tent before you stay at this hotel.
