STAY HERE. Stopped about 11:30 pm Friday did not know what to expect only a few cars at the place. Easy check in was surprised when I opened the door large room in good shape. WiFi was excellent, did not use it but room had a nice size Flat screen. This place is a few miles south of Tallahassee but worth the time and money you save. One word of caution I had two coupon books from rest stop area. One coupon stated an extra $ 20 for Friday and Saturday the other did not. When I presented the coupon the clerk politely said it is $ 20 more on Friday. I pointed out the coupon did not indicate that., she checked the coupon and said ok no problem I will give you this rate. One other thing this place is ideal for getting off the road and hitting the sack. Not many stores etc in the immediate area.

easy, quick check in. front desk person was pleasant. room was clean and comfortable. breakfast wasn’t that exciting but there was coffee and tea, along with bagels and yogurt. would recommend staying here for anyone needing a quiet, clean and comfortable hotel.

Where to begin? My wife and I had engine problems on the I-​10 and decided to stay here since every mechanic nearby was already closed. We usually avoid motels right off the interstate for obvious reasons — mold, bedbugs, creepy blood stains on the mattress (true story), but bit the bullet and decided to stay anyway.
The man at the front desk, David, even checked under our hood before we committed to staying just in case it was an easily fixable problem (it wasn’t). Super nice guy! Anyway, upon entering our room, we noticed how well kept it actually was, and we were especially grateful for the mattress covers they had to prevent stains and bedbugs. The room smelled pleasant, had reliable free wifi, the bathroom and bedroom were very clean, had a fridge, and the lady we checked out with at the front desk the next morning was very sweet. It also wasn’t very busy, maybe 6 cars total, so we weren’t really worried about getting our car broken into.
All in all, we were actually really blown away (enough to leave a Unilocal review, which I usually don’t do). If you need a budget stop-​over near Tallahassee, I’d highly recommend stopping here!

I was making a drive from east Fla to Texas and needed a place to stay. I stopped here on one of the coldest days of the year after calling ahead. I was greeted by a wonderful clerk in a clean building. After I paid for the room (which was incredibly affordable) the clerk informed me that she had warmed the room for me. I am very impressed.
