I am an animal lover and my trip to the Monticello Petsmart left me fuming long after I’d left. The staff was rude; they belittled my little brother for not understanding exactly what kind of food his new pet needed (mind you he was asking them for help picking it out anyways). The person who looked like they were in charge also made several comments that made it sound like they didn’t care well the animals were kept in the store. The only positive experience I had was being helped by the cashier up front because she seemed like a decent person and the fact that they had temporary setups for shelter animals to help them get adopted. I will defiantly not be supporting the Monticello Petsmart again, and would caution others who are thinking about going there.
