Horrible experience. If you don’t believe me, read the next review(read the actual review and not the page long excuse sent by the business) left by an actual school and not a parent who is left with a poor quality picture, in a cheap paper very granulated, that is super expensive. I saw the time the actual studio spent trying to explain the poor review below and by that you can tell they’re ready to fight back if you don’t like their services, which is your right. Wondering what they will say about me. I owed them money apparently and according to them, four letters where sent to me before this final, super important, with red«urgent» stamped all over the outside of the envelope. Well, I never got the previous letters and actually bought more pictures from them after this. If this is so important, to the point that they’re now accusing me of stealing these pictures, a phone call wouldn’t hurt. But why call when they can add fees to the original amount you owe! I honestly had no knowledge that I owed them anything. Today, I was threatened with a letter that was supposedly being sent to the police department saying that I was in possession of «stolen» merchandise — I’m taking this to an attorney just to check if this is even legal as I’m hoping the false accusation will give them the same headache he is trying to give me. So then I call to make the $ 79 payment(yes now 79 for all the fees and whatever else they’re charging me — they’re saying is a returned check — from an old account that I closed a while back)…the last chance payment… the very important, «urgent», and now a police case, payment. The nice lady on the other side of the phone takes my credit card information and tells me is not going to be processed until the end of the next week. I ask why and she says is because they only process credit cards once a week and they did it yesterday. So basically she wrote my info on a napkin or something and is going to hang to it for a week — talk about data privacy breach and protecting their«customers» information!!!(We are not actually their customers as this is probably a money deal between them and the schools they go around selling the cheap, poor quality, shots) I refused her explanation as it makes zero sense and demanded the payment to be processed immediately which to this point — almost one hour later — it didn’t happen. I will not give them anymore business or take the pictures home to look at it as this is how they get you, as you forget about the pictures and now they will accuse you of stealing their merchandise. This is a decadent business model trying to grab every penny they can as no one actually save the print pictures anymore — specially when you can get better quality pictures from your phone(that’s how bad those granulated pictures they give to you are). If you want quality pictures to frame and etc, go to one of the chains, like«The Picture People» or similar so you can get the best quality for your money. I will never deal with them again and recommend you not make the same mistake I did. Reminder that this is based on my experience with this business and I have the right to share my thoughts and feedback.

We chose this company because of how convenient it was for this company is to come from NY to NJ to do our Preschool pictures and we are also a firm believer in supporting small businesses. If we could give negative stars, we would. We are extremely disappointed with this company and with the owner of this company. Our session was cancelled via email 3DAYS before our session. Mr. Slayton had a «too bad attitude» and stated that he isn’t going to disappoint his other schools. He used his age and the amount of time he has been in business to justify it. We are very saddened with the lack of respect that we have gotten from this man. Do not give him your business.
