Walnut Acres Camp Ground

Our annual tubing/​camping trip will never be hosted here again. From the point of arrival I had an irritable feeling that never quite left. In particular, one of the owners… a husky dufus who shares his name with a fried potato, made us leave our campsite by calling the sheriff to escort us off the property. This was after making ridiculous claims that one of our campers indecently exposed himself on purpose… a statement that could not be further from the truth. I will say the sheriff was very nice and even found another campsite for us to stay at. By our conversation it was clear that he has been there before and had to deal with the ridiculous staff at Walnut Acres before. Never again.

Family campground. Lots of stuff to do for kids. Can have as much fun as you like, as long as you are not bothering your neighbors. This is not a no rules campground, the rules are there for you to see when you check in. If you don’t like them, go where theres no rules.
