Have bought multiple Thule racks and parts from ORS and had a good experience every time. As others have said they have extensive selection of parts so its easy. Good customer service too. Would definitely order from again!

The company has excellent customer service and beat other resellers prices! In my notes i asked to contact me if i would have to upgrade shipping options to get my parts by a certain date.(Q-tower parts went mia over winter, had a new cervelo to ride that vacation weekend). John called me and let me know that they should arrive by the specified date with out and modifications to the order. He of course let me know no guarantees but i should be set! He was correct and i was appreciative. have ordered before with quick shipping as well for new clips and rack accessories.

I’ve ordered from ORS3 times, once for an inno hood rack, second for surfboard locker carrier and third for steelcore locking straps with thule rack pads. Everything came on time and well-packed. On my first order the inno rack was missing a set of keys. I called ORS and they directed me to the manufacturer. I contacted Inno and they immediately sent me replacement keys. I understand the the packaging of the actual products itself is not the retailer’s fault, but the manufacturer’s. No problems, great products and prices.

Thank you, ORS — On 12/27, I ordered a specific lock core for a Thule rack — not only did ORS have it in stock, they shipped same day, and I received it in time to have a wonderful weekend adventure. I’ve dealt with them a few times now, and every experience is great! Next time you need rack parts(or any of their other business’) take a look here — save a couple bucks and get what you need instead of hunting around locally for the part — you won’t be dissappointed.

First time purchase from ORS. I bought two RockyMounts TieRods’. The carried both of the colors I picked(yellow & orange). The associate explained the differences between several racks to me and was very helpful. About two weeks after delivery a screw fell out connecting the head to the tray. I called and they offered to repair it if I sent it back or send me the screw. I have an allen key, quick and easy. Even so, I am still very happy. Thanks ORS, highly recommended you!

I purchased a INNOINA444 Kayak/SUP rack from ORS Rack Direct a couple months ago. I like the rack, it isn’t perfect but I wanted to rate the reseller and not the product. ORS is terrible at corresponding with their customers. I emailed and called them several times when shopping for a rack and was really surprised how they took many days to reply to emails and often times never responded. They never returned a single one of my phone calls. I received the rack quickly and even though all the parts were there — it looks like it had been opened before. The reason I purchased from them was because they had the best price and free shipping on the product I wanted. I’d recommend you buy elsewhere unless they have the best price but keep in mind that you may not get good service.
