I am updating my review from last year. I had forgotten all about it! Jim did finally get back to me. He was out for awhile due to a surgery. He came out, fixed the problem and it’s been great since. He is a great guy and I highly recommend him. Much nicer than using a company.

I’ve been using Jim for over 10 years starting with installation of a dishwasher purchased from M.D. appliances (another good local supplier.) He’s worked on/​installed a replacement for my stove and repaired my clothes washer (and when it gave up the ghost, sold me a great used one). I’m surprised by the comments from other Unilocalers that he wasn’t responsive or on time, since I have never had that problem. I suggest you look at some of their other reviews to perhaps get some insight there. His work has been top-​notch and his advice and suggestions spot-​on.

Wow, I’ve had Jim come out probably 6 – 7 times over the years for washer, dryer, and dishwasher problems. Never a problem, returns calls promptly, gets the job done.
