I went to the Verizon store in Montrose, CO to get help to transfer info(contacts, pics, voicemail & phone #) from my Verizon LG Revere 2 phone to my Verizon Samsung Intensity III phone. Richard S. assisted me, he had EXCELLENT customer service skills********** He was professional, helpful, with quick tech savvy skills. He completed the task quickly and efficiently. He noticed that I was a long term customer and did not charge to do this task. I was very satisfied with my visit to the Verizon store in Montrose CO. I would highly recommend Richard S to help you with any of your Verizon needs. Tara H

We had some of the best customer service from the young gentleman working. In fact, it was some of the best customer service in the Western Slope. There are a lot of businesses in and around Montrose that really have poor customer service and work ethic. Though the store is currently understaffed, we received exceptional service. We were treated with sincere professional attitudes. They are much nicer than the Verizon stores in Denver and have way more product knowledge.

Where to start… Lady(red hair, snotty) was highly put out that we were even there. We had questions, her answers made it apparent she thought we were stupid. She was snotty and informed us that she just wouldn’t do something even within her power. Probably would’ve paid the upgrade fee and the $ 200 for a new iPhone, but definitely was NOT going to do it there and support them. Really wish when another clerk came out and asked someone in our party if they were being helped that I would have spun around and asked him to help us instead. UPDATE: Went home and hit the chat function. Surprise! They can do what I want right after the 31st. Amazing how this lady was so unwilling to help that she didn’t bother to inform me of this.
