Thank goodness for local and friendly IT pros. I run Spiral Path Yoga Center in La Crescenta, and we were having a problem with our router and credit card machine. I am pretty ok with technical stuff, but this issue was beyond my knowledge. PMCS was actually the second IT company I called — the first one spoke to me on the phone, then never followed up — so, if I’d called PMCS sooner, I could have been done with my little technical drama much faster. They sent someone out promptly, and he even called my internet service provider and spoke techie to them (I had previously spent an hour on the phone with them and got nowhere). He was there for about an hour, and when he left everything was fixed. Phew!

I have been using PMCS for our business for many years now. It is a little scary to have to rely on a company to protect and maintain all the data that makes your company run. We tried a few companies prior to finding them with limited success. PMCS however, has always been there to take care of the needs of our office.
They have helped to guide us as our operations have grown. They are available to come to the office or assist remotely which comes in very handy sometimes. I have also referred other people to them as well who have been equally satisfied. I would encourage anyone to call Gary and his friendly staff at PMCS.
