Dr. Singh did a total hip replacement on me years ago, and about 4 months out I started having pain and trouble walking, again. Then, I literally starting squeaking when I walked, not to mention that he left me with my leg almost an inch too long. After 2 years of trying to get help, and some relief, from Dr. Singh, I gave up and went to another Dr. in Grand Junction, but I believe the damage was already done, because my results were un satisfactory, my leg was still too long, I believe as a result of the first surgery. My entire back is screwed up from this, too. I have been suffering for years and years and have arthritis that exacerbates the whole situation. I do not advise anyone to seek out this doctor for help, he is not qualified in his field, apparently.

Dr Singh did a total knee replacement and I never got functional. I am active and in my 50’s. After 13 months of getting no where, I went to Chicago. They did a CT scan(why didn’t Singh?) and found that the implant was not put in properly. I had to have the entire surgery redone in Chicago. It was difficult and expensive. I have not walked without a cane or crutch this entire time. I ended up with bleeding and pain. I am getting better with the new surgery, what a difference! And how would one know if it was your first? I DONOT recoemmend Dr Singh.

This office’s business practices embody much of the worst of practices in our broken health care system, including the lack of systems and checklists that research(and business experience) proves to be critical in customer service and efficiency. I called Dr. Singh’s office to ask about an appointment in which I could have some odd sensations and pains around my shoulders and arms and lower neck examined. The receptionist told me that Dr. Singh did not deal with patients who had«neck problems». I asked her how I could tell if I had«neck problems» as he defined it. However, she had not been trained in answering this question. As a result, she suggested that I either risk wasting my time by waiting two weeks to see Dr. Singh, who might simply refer me to another doctor with an even longer wait time, or that I see the other doctor in one month. The other doctor required a full MRI, I was told. I asked if Dr. Singh could speak with me on the phone for five minutes so as to listen to my description(e.g., I did rupture a disk near my neck years ago) and advise me on how to waste less time and money. E.g., «Yes, that sounds like a neck problem as I define it,» etc. The receptionist said«He won’t do that.» I explained to the receptionist the unnecessary bind this put me in and asked her to pass the information on to the doctor. She said she would do so. I have no knowledge of whether she actually did so; I never got a call back from anyone at the office.
