I’m all about supporting local businesses. 3 Hundred Days of Shine is not only that but it is veteran owned and operated. It is one of those places you’ll drive by without knowing it’s there — which is good and bad ;) There are all sorts of flavors, which is great because you’re bound to like something. I didn’t think my wife would dig moonshine, but she loved the«margarita» moonshine. The«Strawberry-Lemonade» was excellent too. Hell, all of the ones we tried were awesome. They do NOT serve food but are working to get food trucks there on a regular basis. The tasting room has a bar and another seating area. Drop in to enjoy an affordable cocktail, or tasting. Shine is also available in Mason jars to go.

Such a unique experience. Moonshine! In Colorado! The staff is stellar. Obviously respectful former military. A bit expensive but I don’t mind. It’s to support a former soldier.

This is an awesome little moonshine shop, ran by a prior Army EOD man and his wife. The moonshine is smooth and tasty and is available in both 40&100 proof. It is tucked back away from mainstream traffic but is easily located. This is a great place to relax, meet friends and enjoy the day/evening!

Absolutely tasty libations! I recommend the Monument Mule, and a take home bottle of shine. The still is remarkably small(they make micro batches 23 gallons at a time). Due to the altitude, you can’t do many traditional distillation processes, such as oak barrel aging. These folks are experts at high altitude microdistilling! You should ask them what they use to keep the yeast alive!

This is a fantastic place to take a friend and sample some of the best moonshines you’ll ever have. Mike and Jenn, the proprietors, are wonderfully hospitable. They have both 40– and 100-proof varieties; infusions and cocktails for any taste. Their apple pie moonshine is better than any you have tried, I guarantee, and you can take a jar home with you when you go.
