I live in California and needed a local agent to sell an investment property(six-plex) my wife and owned, but could no longer manage being out-of-state. I’m a real estate agent myself and it doesn’t take long in this profession to learn that there are a lot of goofballs in the industry, but also top performers. My criteria for a real estate agent isn’t extensive. Basically 1) competency/local knowledge 2) great communication 3) I’ve got to like the person I think anyone who meets Jed, will immediately like him. He’s driven, energetic and never once did I doubt if he was working on my behalf. He’s also passionate about the area. He sold our property within the first month and that’s not the easiest feat with investment properties. Overall, just a very good transaction and experience.
