Beware of these guys. They go by Peak Roofing Team and That’s My
They came recommended by my insurance company, State Farm.
First, two words. Cheap labor. Sure, they finished my roof in a day, but they left starter shingles hanging from the edge of the roof and junk laying around. They said they would return to fix the roof and remove the junk. That was over a month ago and there’s still a pallet in my back yard with their junk on it. They damaged the side of the house when they propped sheets of plywood against it and almost broke a window (I had to tell them to move it). My house was built in 1922 and has an exposed overhang to the roof. Instead of making sure they stapled the plywood over the beams so the staples wouldn’t show, they took the lazy way and just shot them where ever. Now it looks like the whole underside of roof was peppered with a shotgun. The owner assured my they would clip the ends of the staples and he would paint the damaged areas. A guy came and didn’t clip all the staples and the owner decided to contract the painting out to another company. Well, they contracted out the gutters to be installed as well. The job on the gutters is even worse than the roof so I wasn’t about to let the owner pick another low budget contractor to work on my house.
Bottom line in my opinion, they could care less about how your roof looks. They only see it as a job that they have to hurry up and finish so they can get to the next one. The people that actually do the work have zero pride in their work and my house as a whole looked better before they worked on it.
I look at my house now and regret that I picked them.

They are great. They roofed our home after the hail storm in July of 2010. We had an issue with our heater exhaust vent cap. They came out took a look and fixed it for us as a previous customer. Brian and his team have earned my families business should we ever need any repairs in the future. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs roof repair work done.
