Ramada Monument

Not bad at all!!! don’t listen to these reviews. Honesty just a simple hotel not that great but not bad at all… they don’t deserve the reviews they been getting. The room looked updated from the pics I saw bashing them. I never felt unsafe and we had our do not disturb sign on so they wouldn’t clean our room. I saw them cleaning other rooms so they do keep up with it if you want that. &&&&&&&&&Don’t expect a great breakfast just oatmeal ect super basic. The rooms are adequate, fridge, tv and mic. Ours mic didn’t work but ohhhhhhh well it didn’t ruin anything. I would say it’s a 3 or 2.5 star hotel —
Nice stay better than the Denver hotel we had. If you need to stay like one night or two this place is perfect. If you’re staying for springs it’s about 20 mins from the mountains and stuff. So be carful if you don’t want drive a lot… This is a true review not someone complaining up a storm. would stay again

Holy cow! What a sketchy, nasty hotel. When you first walk up to the door it looks like you just walked into the ghetto. The paint is coming off the door. Inside, the room is dingy and dark. There is supposed to be wifi but it doesn’t work. The worst thing is the back door is busted so it doesn’t lock… you literally get a stick to keep out the sketchy characters next door. I don’t even want to walk around barefoot. Do not stay at this place unless you want to be raped

UNCLEAN, GROSS, NO SERVICE at the RAMADA HOTEL MONUMENT COLORADO.
Bought 5 nights via Priceline in July 2015. The hotel never: cleaned the room, emptied the trash, replaced the towels, removed the trash laying around the hotel, or refund me my money. I was stuck in HELL. The cook looked like he had not taken a bath for days, had the same clothes every day. The food service area would not pass inspection. Dead bugs every where. I had the clean the bathroom — it was to gross to use (A port-​a-​potty would have been cleaner). The back door would not lock or close all the way. Wild animals would keep me up at night when they where playing with the trash. Staff would lie each day and say they would get the room clean. I HATE THIS PLACE! DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!

Wish we would have read the reviews. Paid on line for King bed, and arrived to a Double! Of course the rooms are full so we are stuck. Front desk asked «is that ok, after all you are in an UPGrade!!» Whoa. Hate to see what a regular room is. Front desk lady rude, texting in front us «hold on» she says while we stand waiting. No idea about the WiFi, she didnt tell us, no idea about breakfast. guess thats up to you to listen to with another couple checking in. Smelly rooms– not sure what the smell is. but it’s there. Little belcony has moster spiders. Landscaping is beyond words. I’m sure this was a happening place 10 years ago! In desperate need of a make over.. Lord help us get through this stay.
