these guys put on siding and a roof. took a while in that may homes were damaged last year. the crew took about 2 months to complete the job. the owner came by and was pretty good. only thing he lagged on was re glazing my window. the bill was 15k and thanks GOD — USAA paid for it. anywho they did a good job. These guys a very good job. They finished the roof on schedule as stated, but took a few weeks to complete the entire contracted work. However, after a couple of phone calls, and a few bad weather days, Aldo and his crew completed the entire job to our satisfaction and then some. Great customer service. Dan P

Awful customer service experience. I would recommend you look elsewhere to be treated as a potential customer or customer, based on my terrible experience with them. They took a long time to get me a quote in the first place. Apparently their estimator had mistyped my email address. The quote was missing part of the work requested and the gutter quote just gave a price for«gutters» — not what type, material, etc. I called Chris Whitted, their estimator, back on Monday and he said that he would send the updated quote that day. By Wednesday, I still had not received anything. I emailed him to say that I was getting nervous about the delay — the roof needed to be fixed. I got this insulting email back, instead of an explanation that he must have again mistyped my email address and just resending me the quote with the detail on gutter type and the chimney work he had originally forgotten to include. He was right — they are definitely not the company for me, or for anybody with this attitude: 1.I spoke to you on the phone Monday 8÷20÷12, it is Thursday 8÷23÷12, I sent you an updated contract on Tuesday 8÷21÷12 before noon, after it took half a day to get a price for a Gaf Cool Color and actual time to email the new estimate. 2. Stainless steel gutters are junk, the product rusts after time,(as your gutters are) you are required to paint them. We install an aluminum seamless system attached with hidden hangers and new downspouts, the product is finished in color of choice. 3. I am a professional, I have been installing and estimating all areas of exterior and interior home improvement for 15 years. I know what I am doing, A-Z(minus plumbing and electrical). 4. If I make a mistake, I admit the mistake. Period.(you know, because I forgot the chimney repair, I apologized) 5. I didnt make a mistake. 6. I honestly think another contractor would be better for you, I dont have time to be questioned about my performance when I have delivered. 7. I am sorry you dont think I have delivered. 8. In the kindest way possible, I am withdrawing my estimate. Thank you for your time.

They are DISHONORABLETHIEVES — Company failed to respond to repeated phone calls to honor warranty work, and when I finally got a response it was: Yes we took the $ 1500 your insurance company paid for your gutters, but we are not responsible for the work we did on them. It is hail season now, and before you spend money with these thieves, I would check the numerous complaints against them. LOOKATRIPOFFREPORT.COM
