We’ve had a very good experience with Crossroads and«Dr. Rachel» for many years — they took care of our sheltie like she was family, and called her and us by name when we walk in. We have a new sheltie puppy now and are also taking her to Crossroads when she needs a vet or checkup. They provide excellent veterinary care and boarding services.

I adopted a puppy, they said she just got over Parvovirus but was healthy enough to go home. 4 days later she was throwing up and not eating so I took her back in and they said she tested positive for Parvo again, they said leave her here and we will call you when you can pick her up. They called me a couple days later and said she died. They never said that Parvo was serious and I know they sent her home sick in the first place there’s no way she could have gotten Parvo again within a week of being treated. We got her for my little girl and now I have to explain why she’s not coming home. I paid $ 150, that was supposed to be for a healthy puppy that would be around for many years and now she’s dead and they wouldn’t give me money back. Don’t trust these people with your animal and definetly don’t adopt an animal from them

Terrible service! Mistreated my pet and overheard staff talking in derogatory manner about my pet & myself. Would not recommend.
