Had Wade come out to my parent’s house as a second opinion. They wound up getting the job due to their competitive price and excellent customer service. Their estimate was spot on and their service tech and installers were patient with my 80+ year old parents, did high quality work. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had Wade Heating and Cooling come out to take a look at my central A/C unit to see if they could get it running. The person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was very pleasant to deal with. They had a technician on-site the next day. He was very helpful and seemed fairly honest. I have an older UNIT and assumed it would simply need to be replaced. To my surprise, the technician was able to get the unit running and took the time to do a general inspection of the system. He did say that we should probably budget to replace the unit next summer. What I really liked about the situation over-all is that this guy could have come in and said«eh, you should replace this unit. Oh, by the way, we sell units.» Instead of doing that he got our current unit running for a fair price, explained that the repair should get us through the summer, and recommended that we save some cash to replace it next summer. It was a very honest assessment, I will certainly call Wade again when I am ready to replace my system.

I have used Wade Heating & Cooling twice, once for a furnace repair and more recently, for an A/C repair. The most recent repair proved that they are still honest, professional and convenient. With so many horror stories out there about companies with flashy trucks and prominent billboard ads, its nice to know that Wade is the real deal and that you can trust them. First, when I called, a human answered the phone and helped me. No voicemails, no phone system, no run around. I called in the morning, and was promised that someone would get to me that day. They did not schedule a specific time or a block of time, but rather promised to call 20 minutes ahead of arrival. Hey! A company that values and respects my time. Awesome! They called later that afternoon(I was able to go to work and just leave when needed. So convenient.) and gave me an arrival time. The technician called to let me know he was running late(HUGE thunderstorm and he was only 2 minutes late. Again, respectful of my time and good communication). The technician was clean, friendly and professional. Sounds weird to have to point that out, but that has not been my experience with other companies. Most importantly, he took the time to properly diagnose the problem, explained what was going on and quoted me the cost, and then charged me what he quoted me. CHARGEDMEWHATHEQUOTEDME. Again, seems odd that I was surprised by that, but other companies invent all kinds of other things to add to your bill and put pressure on you for things you don’t need. The A/C is blowing cold again. So Wade didn’t scam any extra money from me, but they did get a loyal customer. Guess who I am going to call when my ancient furnace and A/C system finally craps out? Wade Heating and Cooling. That’s who. And guess who I am going to recommend wherever I can? Wade Heating and Cooling.
