First things first — Applebee’s has updated the inside of the restaurant and has new menus with delicious looking (and some healthy) options.
Our service was pretty terrible. It seems that other tables are receiving decent service so maybe our girl is having a hard night. To top it off, my daughter ordered the shrimp n Parmesan sirloin. It came out with just a sirloin. No cheese or shrimp. They acted like it was no big deal and brought out old cold shrimp in one cup and a blob of Parmesan cheese in another.
Finally, the wine section is awful. There are 2 wines to choose from and this location happens to be out of one of them. Sticking to water.
Not coming back.

Online menu does not reflect actual menu in the restaurant. I tried to order chicken fried steak from the online menu for a curbside pickup but was told there was no chicken fried steak available.

I go to Applebee’s on a regular basis and the food is alway what i expect. Today wasn’t any different however, what makes today better is the service. Robin was our waiter and she was amazing! We didn’t have to ask for anything or flag her down (which i usually have to do there). We had everything we needed and when we were ready to box our food up, she went above and beyond by doing it for us. Other waiter’s can learn from her example. I used to be a waiter and I am always pleased when i get the level of service that i offered my customers when i was in the restaurant business. I will definitely ask for Robin from now on when I go into Applebee’s.

It had been a long time since I had Applebee’s. The bar apps seemed appetizing but the food was over salted and blah. The pot stickers were gross and hard. The pulled pork nacho app had good flavor but the meat was cold. The fish on the fish and chips were really fishy tasting and salty like it had way too much old bay seasoning. Fries were good. My salmon was over cooked but tasted ok. Service was really slow. Will not be back in a long time AGAIN! Overall, I was disappointed

Wow! Pub diet meals are great. We have not been to Applebee’s for a while and we had a very pleasant surprise. The food is fresh and was very good. I had the chicken portabella in red wine sauce which was cooked perfect and and served hot. I was most surprised at the quality of the ingredients which use to seem like they were out of a bag and now, they appear freshly cut. The tortilla soup was clear and tasty where before it seemed creamy. I would say, that corporate needs to redesign the restaurant to have the quality of the food match the atmosphere. The atmosphere is dated, but if folks have given up on Applebee’s I suggest give them another shot!

Food is always consistent. I tend to get the spinach and shrimp salad. At times the service is slow but nice ppl working there.
