Everything was absolutely delicious. Baba Ghannouj was smokey and creamy, and the Gyro meat was tender and flavorful. Possibly the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely be returning next time I pass through Moore.

Wow. Where have Ive been. or where has this place been. Outstanding is an understatement on the food & service(Sterling– thank you). He recommended great dishes and me and wife was very pleased. Had the Hummus appetizer — mixed jalapeño & garlic was nice recommendation from our server. We both had the combination platter –chicken skewer & ground beef skewer with rice. Rice was prepared nicely and the skewers were robust in flavor. Greek salad was outstanding I would highly recommend this place for any occasion. We will definitely be back.

From Dallas, staying the night in Moore for work, hopped on Unilocal to find this little gem. Quiet for a Sunday late afternoon but the staff was very friendly, the place very clean and welcoming. The food was great, I took the chicken pita sandwich, jalepeno hummus and baklava to go. Quick service and very delicious. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area. Sorry no pictures, I was way to hungry and it looked and smelled too good!

I love meat, so where else can i get a big plate of gyro meat for $ 6? No where! I love this place, i love the staff. I love the gyros, the chicken kabobs, and the HUMMUS!!! its a simple choice, best gyros in Moore.

Impromptu date night with the hubby. By far the BEST hummus I have ever had. We tried the pine nut hummus, the gyro plate, a Greek salad, and of course Baklava. Everything was great the staff was really friendly and the owner was sure to come out and check on everyone. We will definitely be back!

It’s hard to find restaurants of this caliber in Moore. The hummus is very good. I mostly get gyros here, but the kebabs are very good too.

Hummus!!! Delicious and not too expensive. We started with their namesake, a hummus appetizer. For $ 4, it comes with two toasted pitas, quartered. There are multiple flavors to choose from and we went with paprika. The meals vary in price from $ 9 – 13 on average. For our meal we wanted to try two different dishes and share. My wife had Shish Tawook(Chicken Kabab) $ 13 Grilled chicken breast skewer marinated in special homemade sauce rolled with our special garlic sauce and pickles, rice and Greek salad. I had Kofta $ 13 Grilled ground beef skewer with our blend of special spices, rice and Greek salad. It was all delicious, filling and we’ll definitely be back!

My family really enjoys this place. Hummus and gyros are very good. The only minus is the lack of parking.

Just what we were looking for. Food and service were both excellent! Every item we ordered was flavored just right. Small cozy atmosphere. Even on a late Tuesday evening, all tables remained full with regular turnover. Without Unilocal we would never have found it. Our thanks to each of you who have taken the time to write a review. It’s not far off I35 so, if traveling, an easy, tasty relaxing place to dine.

I’ve eaten here many times. The quality of the food is consistent and the prices are fair. The only thing I don’t like is they serve two measly pita wedges with their platters. Otherwise excellent.

I was disappointed. The French fries were soggy and the gyro sandwich I ordered had nothing but meat wrapped in pita bread, had no flavor. I also ordered crêpe Carmel and it wasn’t good either. Will not be returning.

I ordered the gyro plate and substituted the fries for double salad and had the waitress select the hummus since there were so many varieties. The gyro was deliciously plentiful, tender and flavorful. The hummus is fresh and creative. If you want a great meal for a bargain, go here!

I love grilled veggies and especially Greek-style grilled veggies that I usually get with a kabob plate — onions, bell peppers, tomatoes etc. So it was very disappointing when I ordered the chicken kabob plate at Hummus Mediterranean Grill and it only had one tiny sliver of grilled onion and one slice of grilled tomato. That was all. The plate came with a generous portion of chicken and Vermicelli rice, but way too stingy on the veggies. I would have been happy with a third of the chicken and a significantly larger amount of veggies. They even skimped on the Pita bread, offering only a few small triangles. I’m sorry, but this restaurant just absolutely did not satisfy this customer. We won’t be returning.

I wasn’t overly impressed at Hummus Café but it wouldn’t prevent me from returning. I am rarely in the area and wouldn’t go out of my way to come back, but possibly would return when nearby. I had the tabouli and lentil soup with hummus and pita. The lentil soup was different than I expected as it was creamy without the actual lentils but was surprisingly good. The service was pretty good as well. It wasn’t very busy during lunch time which was nice. Overall it was an okay experience, just can’t go as far to say I’m a fan.

Yesterday was my first time coming here, I really liked the food but the service was not impressive at all. We went right at 11 when they opened and there were two other tables and then us. From what I could see there was just one server and she was not very friendly or happy to be there. She never smiled one time, served our food very forceful and slammed our checks down on the table! No utensils were given. no extra plates so I could share my hummus. and no napkins unless we nagged her. On to the food. I ordered Gyro hummus(they were generous with the meat and pita bread. very tasty!) I also ordered the stuffed olives(these too were yummy!). For my drink I got the Shirley Temple and it was very refreshing. I might be back. maybe not.

Hummus oooohhhhh!!! This spot was very good. Service was good as well. Nice young lady. Began with Garlic hummus and pita bread. Ended with shish tawook(chicken) Ammmmazazing! Drank grenadine, one of their specialty drinks. It’s all good if you’re searching for Mediterranean.

Love this place for its simplicity, atmosphere and polite staff. The waiters themselves are very attentive and always refill my hot tea when I’m out. By the way, their mint tea is really soothing, especially on these snowy days. If the waiter didn’t make you feel enough welcomed, the manager walks around constantly and converses with the customers; he is very nice. The food is great and reasonably priced. I love just getting a soup and a pita for dinner, as it’s light and the soup always changes. They have a large variety of hummus to choose from(hence the name). Their sandwiches, wraps and plates are all also really good. I would like to order more from their menu as it has a good variety. I will definitely come back here so that I’ll have had tried everything!

The wait time was short and the service was alright, a little lagging for as slow as they were. I ordered garlic hummus for an appetizer and the chicken kabob platter. This place gives you a huge portion on food, you definitely get your bang for a buck here. The prices are fairly reasonable and cheap. If you get hummus they will give you more pita bread free of charge which is always nice!

Had a late lunch at Hummus Café after seeing a movie at the Warren. I arrived about 2:30 on a Wednesday and there were 3 tables seated. I was immediately approached by a server to take my drink order. The menu is large and has the favorites you’d expect at a Greek/Mediterranean place. I went with the gyro plate with rice instead of French fries and a small side of hummus. It was a good value for $ 10 for the lunch and only a dollar for the side of hummus. You get a good amount of gyro meat and a huge serving of rice. Since I had the hummus, my pita bread didn’t go very far as I was using it both with the meat and the hummus. I should have ordered more. The onions on the side were marinated and had some herbs on them which added some good flavor. The meat is juicy and has the usual seasoning you’d expect from gyro meat. The hummus wasn’t the best I’d had, but I’d absolutely get it again. I’d say it’s above average. Surprisingly, the rice was seasoned well. It was really good, this is not just white rice on a plate. This is a large and tasty lunch for only $ 10. I was pleased with the service, but like I said, I went after the lunch rush. By the end of my meal, I was the only one left in the place. I’ll absolutely go again, it was a great lunch for a reasonable price.
