Unilocal reviews range from poor to excellent, we went for the first time tonight after my husband kept hearing it advertised on the radio Sports Animal. We ordered pepperoni pizza. The complimentary breadsticks that came out were soft & served with both sweet marinara & yummy alfredo sauces. The pizza had lots of cheese & the crust was good. We tried dessert-chocolate cake & a piece of italian cream cake, both were good & large enough to share. Our individual ratings ranged from 5 — 10. Service was excellent, always topping off drinks & checking on the table. I couldn’t find fault in anything. Others in our party suggested the pizza could use more sauce on the crust. We’ll go back. Monday’s special is pizza for only $ 7(8 large slices).

One of the best Italian restaurants in OK! We came out here to go to Alfredo’s, but the wait was ridiculous so we wandered over. The place was nearly empty which made me nervous… but we were all pleasantly surprised by this gem! The alfredo sauce and the tomato meat sauce is amazing! And they give you a little of each with the breadsticks. I had the chicken Marsala and it was phenomenal! Good quality meat, the sauce was spot on, and the side of asparagus that came with it was cooked and seasoned perfectly! My sister had the pesto and said it was excellent! Husband had the Luigis panini and was impressed! Kids had spaghetti and meatballs and didn’t hear any complaints from them. We had the tiramisu for dessert… the best I’ve ever had! All in all good quality ingredients, simple classic menu, and excellent food!

This was the absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life!!! I cannot explain how awful and disappointing it was. I got lasagna, and I have had frozen dinner lasagnas that were 100000000x better than Luigi’s! The food was ridiculous, I honestly didn’t even eat much of it at all. My sister also hated it, and we both left hungry and upset! AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTSIFYOULOVEITALIANFOODORJUSTDECENTFOODINGENERAL. OVERPRICEDASWELL.

We don’t frequent this part of town but wanted to try something new so we stopped in. The hostess said the wait would be 10 minutes but it was shorter than that which was nice because we have a toddler in tow tonight. We were given breadsticks and our server promptly greeted us. We got drinks, she took out order and we didn’t see her again until 40 minutes later when she told us our food was«on the way». Also the server asked if I wanted to add a salad when she took our order so we did then she never brought them. The hostess kept stopping by to refill our drinks in the mean time. The manager could be seen talking to tables but never made it over to us. After 55 minutes our food finally arrived with an apology form our server«sorry the kitchen is just so slammed right now». The portions were huge so we will have plenty left over. The food was good but nothing seemed to be absolutely amazing. The husband ordered pizza, toddler for chicken Alfredo and I tried the chicken parmesan. Our server retuned after seeing us look around for her and asked if we needed boxes. We had to ask someone else for a bag to put them all in because she left quickly and didn’t leave a check. A few minutes later she brought our check then asked if we’d be needing change. Overall the food was good but the time we had to wait for food was more than a little long and the service was a little below average… I know Saturday’s are busy but honestly from looking around they didn’t seem to busy, we were the only people that had to wait for a table the whole time we were there. I recommend this establishment to people who want to spend a long date night with no kids in tow.

Really gross chicken parm. It tasted like the chicken had been frozen and thawed several times. Service was good but we visited during lunch. Definitely not the best Italian!

Spicy pesto pasta was fantastic! Lemoncello strawberry and pineapple were so tasty and you couldn’t even taste the alcohol. The staff and owners were so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Pretty good Italian spot! The staff was friendly and service was really good. Complimentary bread sticks were good(although I would give Olive Gardens bread sticks the edge) and came with marinara and Alfredo dipping sauce. Also of note, I really liked the décor and tablecloths. May sound odd, but not too many restaurants do that anymore and it gives the experience a nice feel. You can choose your own type of noodle with each pasta entrée which was pretty neat. I ordered the Shrimp Pesto Pasta w/linguine noodles(you can choose chicken, shrimp, or lobster). The shrimp was prepared well and it was very tasty overall. The only negative was that I felt it was a little too creamy. My wife enjoyed her garlic and oil pasta with chicken but also said they were a little skimpy with the chicken. The Luigi’s Margarita($ 9) was average, though not expecting much from an Italian restaurant and I had a glass of Robert Mondavi merlot($ 5.95). Which I thought was very fairly priced for some RM. Overall, it was a pretty nice place to dine out and we will be going back. The amount of food they give you was perfect and we both left feeling very satisfied. Also, the quality for relatively lower priced Italian cuisine is hard to beat.

Walking into Luigi’s Bistro I found it a large establishment and elegant. I soon came to the realization that this fine Italian restaurant is there for you and I. I would have given this restaurant five stars if not for the staff. Not much energy. They always were just a step slow in the delivery. Maybe is was a Monday or something. I will definitely go back again and give this restaurant another chance to see if it was an off night. Now on to the rest of the experience. I have been craving some Fettuccine Alfredo lately. They had some on the menu with your choice of «protein». Well I am a big fan of anything blackened. I asked the waitress if I could possible get the Fettuccine Alfredo with blackened shrimp even though it was not on the menu. Moments later the chef/manager/owner(Jorge) came to our table and we discussed what I was going for. He was so amenable and said sure I can do that. Everything at this restaurant is made fresh. Well I have to say that when my meal was served it was perfection. My wife had the Pasta Primavera and it was just loaded with vegetables and you could tell just by looking that it was fresh and quite the dish. There are lots of good Italian restaurants in our area and this one deserves to be up there. It’s an Italian restaurant that serves fresh, top notch meals and won’t break the bank.

First time here! Great service, food, and wine selection. Owners and staff were awesome. Looks commercial but family owned, I have passed it for a year on the highway and thought it was a chain.

The only thing good in this place was that it was quiet due to the lack of people eating here. I’m about 99 percent sure that mama’s ravioli is the name of the frozen product they served me and the lasagna my girlfriend had was probably used to soak up any extra liquid floating around the kitchen and was so soggy that it would have drowned a small family of 4. This brings me to the wait staff. Not only were they horrible at basic skills any wait staff should have such as talking. They didn’t seem to care about anything and if the waitress used the word«like» any more in a sentence Guinness would have had to record it in their book. This place needs a complete replacement of the crew and way better food on the plate.

The family that runs Luigis used to have a restaurant years ago in Batavia NY Rigatoni with marinara sauce was very good. I thought the amount and quality of food was especially good for the low prices a good value! The breadsticks with Alfredo and marinara were especially tasty

I had no idea what to expect from this place. The reviews are all over the place, the sign out front makes it look like a huge chain, but apparently it’s not a chain. I had been meaning to try it for some time and finally did this week. A buddy and I arrived right at 6:00. The place was nearly empty, only 2 tables seated. But, while we were eating another 8 – 10 tables were seated, so the place started doing a rather brisk business. The interior is dark with both booth and table seating. There is a full bar, although we didn’t partake, so I have no idea about the beer/cocktail list. They do offer wines by the bottle, including Caymus and Silver Oak cabs, which I was surprised to see. There were plenty of servers scurrying around; our server immediately approached us with 4 breadsticks, along with marinara and alfredo for dipping. The breadsticks were too doughy for me. This isn’t to say they were raw, they were cooked all the way through. But, they had no exterior texture which broke up the breadiness. I would have preferred a crispy, or even slightly crispy, exterior. Of the sauces, I preferred the alfredo. It had a lot of cheese flavor, not just thick heavy cream. The marinara was too thin for me and lacked strong seasoning. It needed some oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic at least in my estimation. Our drinks were immediately delivered and we decided to go with the meatball appetizer. This is $ 5.99 for 3 meatballs, which were around golf ball size, on a plate. The meatballs were good, moist, and flavorful. They suffered from being covered in the marinara sauce(see discussion above). But, I would eat these again. For dinner, I went with the chicken parm. When trying a new Italian joint this is one of my go to meals. This chicken parm is served with linguini rather than spaghetti, which I prefer. I asked for some alfredo on the side, and I was given a very large bowl at no additional cost. The chicken was too thick, I prefer a thinner cutlet in this dish. Additionally, the breading was a little too heavy. I think it may have been fried a little too long, as it was very hard in spots. However, it was seasoned well. The sauce, again, was too thin for my tastes. Additionally, a pool of water developed in the bottom of the dish. I would guess they took the pasta directly out of the water, put it on the plate, then put sauce on top of it, rather than finishing the pasta in the sauce before plating. I could be wrong, but there most definitely was some water or very watery sauce on the plate. The service was fantastic, we never had to ask for refills and were even brought additional breadsticks by a server that wasn’t ours. I would say the food is a 2.5, but I bumped Luigi’s up to 3 stars because of the service.

Went here on Valentine’s Day 2015. Had the special dinner. Excellent I must say. This establishment is not a chain restaurant. It is privately owned… it is the same owners as Nickolas in Anadarko. Great place. It’s very spacious, clean, elegant I would say. Great waitstaff. Would highly recommend this place. Bön a petite

My husband and I had really high hopes for this place but it fell quite a bit flat for us. Food — Breadsticks: Have you ever microwaved frozen breadsticks? They get all warm and soft and soggy… if that’s what you like then you’ll love these. Pizza: I ordered a margarita pizza. That’s my go to at an Italian restaurant with a brick oven. I got a cheese pizza with literally 5 basil leaves places in the center. It looked beautiful, don’t get me wrong but wholly defeating the purpose. An 8 slice of pizza with 5 leaves of basil(that I have to chop up and spread around) won’t cut it. If you’re unfamiliar with margarita pizza it’s tomato, cheese, and basil. Incredibly easy to make and surprisingly easy to mess up. The pizza dough was meh. Not the best, not the worst. I’ve seen some of the pictures of others pizzas so maybe this is just a TERRIBLE choice to get. Chicken Cacciatore: The husband had it and it was a solid meh. There was no depth in flavor, very one note. An uneventful dish that made me wonder if Ragu was sponsoring my meal. Service — Drinks were kept topped off. Everyone was incredibly nice. The niceness was overshadowed by the forgetfulness though. The couple we were with had the most details forgotten. The piña colada was mixed up and a mango fusion was brought instead(the alcohol content was almost non existent). Her boyfriends noodles were wrong for the dish he ordered. My pizza came out 15 minutes before everyone else got their food. I wanted to give this place a 2 star but a 2 star implies we would go back. I can’t in good faith recommend this place to anyone. It says a lot when people have half a plate of food and decline a to go box. Edit: I’m sorry the owner thinks I’m a fake account. Our tickets can be found on 12.23.14 sales day. There are 2 tickets for the same table. One ticket has 2x water, chicken cacciatore, margarita pizza and a mango fusion. The other ticket is 3x water, chicken cacciatore, 2x chicken parm and a piña colada(I’m not sure if she was charged for that or a mango fusion). It would have been around 7pm.

Not too expensive, great food, would definitely recommend! My wife and I shared the Italian nachos, Prosciutto Panini, Italian Wedding Soup, and Cheese Cake(the server’s Grandma’s recipe). Everything was priced just right(not too high), Peroni 23oz was awesome and not too pricey! Austin, the server made some good recommendations. Thank you!
