Rusty’s used to be one of my favorite places. Since the owner ship change and shake up with the company it’s self the it is not the same. Since none of them are owned by the same people the consistency is gone. Still like the custard when it’s good, available, open, or whatever the issue might be on a given day. To bad you can only get the pumpkin custard a couple months a year. I will continue to go here on occasion but not as good as it once was.
