Slow, slow. Asked what was on an item, guy said «I don’t know» and just stood there. Nice kid but really you couldn’t ask one of the 7 other people standing around. Waited 15 minutes and then they told me they had get potatoes out. Said it would take 2 minutes — ha! Carbonation on drinks was off. Terrible experience.

Unacceptable. I know. You know what you’re going to get from places like this. Although the food was even more mediocre than most, they have the audacity to charge you for jalapeño peppers. REALLY! A taco shack that charges you for peppers. Upside, they won’t charge you to park and no charge for the straw! Taco Mayo and Taco Bueno are looking very good now, aren’t they?

As we pulled in we see 7 cars in the drive through so we went inside and was the first people at the counter. It took us 15 minutes to get our food while two other sets of people for their food before us. Food was good as expected but service was no where close to expected!

While I will eat at this taco bell occasionally, you’ll find nicer staff, better food, more accurate orders and a cleaner lobby at the Broadway /19^th location.
I don’t know how, but bean burritos just don’t taste as good at this taco bell.

Horrible. It was the first time in my life I didn’t like Taco Bell. Service was awful, food was unbelievably gross. Literally tasted like the meat was watered down. If I were the owner I’d fire the entire staff and start over. It took 25 plus minutes for a #2 & #1 meal. Very simple items.
Plus there were people who had been waiting longer then us. Normally I wouldn’t of minded waiting, but we watched the staff play grab ass and texting while everyone waited patiently. And to get our food and it be as awful as it was… NO BUENO!
I hope a corporate employee reads this and seeks help for this store immediately!!!
