Tiptons Plumbing

They came out because everything in the house wasn’t working shower, bathtub, and 2 toilets so they got here on time and snaked my sewer line from the main line which was outside. This didn’t work so I was charged extra to snake the inside of the house which is ok. They snaked my shower instead of my toilet because they said that the main line are all connected together within, a few mins of snaking my shower it worked so I paid them 356 that day which I thought was a little expensive but they did their job. 4 hours later it was clogged up again. My boyfriend thought that this was strange so he wanted a second opinion and we used someone else. They came also on time and I told them what happen with the other plumber so they snaked out our toilet with a bigger snake head so there you have it fixed and it only cost 145. So far everything has been work great for the last few days. Tiptons plumbers were nice but I think the company charges way to much. Tipston did offer to snake it again for free but we decided to use someone to get a second opinion. Tipston gave me a bid to fix the problem which would be 4,800 other guy plumber that fixed the clogged drain gave me a bid of 2,500. This is a big price difference and Tipston was way expensive and he didn’t even do it right the first time. I used the Unilocal review which was Tipston getting a 5 star which they only had one person reviewing the company but I was desperate to use anyone that day. later my boyfriend checked some other review and this company only got 3 stars which isn’t good and the other plumber got 5 stars and he’s the one that fixed our problem!!! For a lot less. The guy at Tipston was nice and he’s on time but I just need the job done right so this was a waste of money down the drain it went. Other review stated the same thing that it was over price and the job was not fixed:/ and they ended up using someone else. I should have researched more:(

Just moved to town last week and the home we purchased became clogged in all three bathrooms. Even tho it was a holiday they came out and cleared all of our lines. Explained why they clogged and told us we would probably need to replace the sewer line at some point. Super friendly and professional. Will be calling for all of our plumbing needs.
