Kat, the manager of this store in particular, is the best person you can go to for jewelry. She is attentive and sincere. She listens to what you are looking for and goes the extra mile to help you choose and tweak sets to get the look you are looking for. I went here when planning my first wedding, and she did all the jewelry for myself and my bridesmaids, as well as the watches for the groomsmen. She and her team even went out of her way to help us out by wrapping everything when we came to pick up. The whole team there is always ready to greet you with a smile. I plan on using this store as my go-to jeweler in the future.

My advice to anyone looking for jewelry, go to another place that knows how to treat a customer, it’s your money don’t give it to a company that doesn’t value you. This review is a long time coming. I have a lot to say but will make it short and to the point. My boyfriend has spent a lot of his money at Kay Jewelers for me. He could go on line go anywhere, but for convenience he chose to go there. He bought me a very expensive necklace for one occasion and for another even more expensive earrings. The earrings were pierced but were secured by a clasp which was too tight. Took it back once for adjustment which took about 2 weeks, still too tight they sent it out again for about 2 weeks. Tried to make them work but couldn’t. Since they carried no other earrings which would match the necklace… I decided to get his money back. I was told I was 1 day over the time I could return them. When I realized they couldn’t help me at the store. I asked to talk to management, I was passed on to many different people, wasted about 3 or more hours on the phone being passed on to who would be the one person who could help us, turns out no one would. My boyfriend as well as I wrote very nice letters explaining what happened. We were not treated well. They had the earrings in their possession for 3 – 4 weeks. We had spent a lot of money there and they would not accommodate a good customer and said your 1 day over the return date. That is just poor business. Once again I reiterate… My advice to anyone looking for jewelry, go to another place that knows how to treat a customer, it’s your money don’t give it to a company that doesn’t value you.
