They might not be the cheapest option, but in the end they get the project done on time and within budget which is rare with technology projects. My company uses Miles technologies. We have used them for the last several years. The services they provide(Email and web services, technical support) are very regular with little to no interruptions. I work long hours and cannot remember the last time we had a service interruption.(Coincidentally, as I am writing this, our Comcast TV service went down — There goes CNBC! LOL). I have reached out to Miles on three occasions for tech support on my PC. I have received a response within 10 minutes or less each time. I had the good fortune of reaching their tech Harry. He was able to link in to my computer and quickly resolve the PC issues I was having. I couldn’t have been happier with the IT solutions provided to me. Thank you Harry and Miles Technologies.

We have used their services for almost 2 years. Our email server goes down about twice per month. They give us no notification, they do not indicate if they are aware of or are working on the problem. They have poor project management, terrible support and no protocols. For example regarding protocols, the hard drive on my laptop failed and they had no plan for restoration. I had to work directly with HP to get a new hard drive. I had Adobde CS4 before the failure and they installed CS2 after the new drive was installed. It took Miles 5 weeks to get my laptop back up and running. We pay them over 6 figures per year and they are terrible from top to bottom. We would be better off with hiring one IT person to handle desktop support and email server support.
