So my family and I have been going here for several years now. The experience varies between pleasant, like it was today with the lovely Timette assisting us, to an unsupervised rampant mess of screaming kids. Make an appointment and try and get there as early as possible to avoid the rush. Knowing the poses you want helps a lot too. If at all possible, try not to use any of the props. One look at the formerly ‘white’ items will be your clue as to why. It takes about twenty minutes after your photo session to get the images digitally uploaded into their system, after which you can select the types of portraits you want on a computer screen guided by one of their very patient staff members. As I mentioned earlier, Timette guided my family and I through the dozens of packages and options to pick out exactly what we wanted. She was very patient as we looked at various photos in different tints and configurations, and cast the deciding vote on several occasions when we couldn’t agree which picture looked best. If your picture is 8×10 or under, they print them out right there and off you go. The digital CD is a ripoff at $ 169(yes, seriously) — and even at a 40% discount I’ll scan my pictures and post them online myself. There’s nothing like a professional picture, and these guys do a very good job, so preserve those memories today.
