This is a relatively new BBQ restaurant in the Marsh strip mall. We ordered the BBQ sandwich and fries.
This is honestly some of the best BBQ I have ever tasted — and this pie hole has experienced a lot of BBQ. The meat was tender without being mooshy, and had a distinct, but not overpowering, cherry wood flavor.
The sauce had an Eastern Carolina flavor and when used sparingly complemented the meat very well.
The fries were good. I would like to try other sides next time we go.
