This was the worst Chili’s I have ever visited. I have travelled all across this country and visited a ton of these restaurants. Trust me… this one sucks! The peppers from my fajitas were stuck to the pan! My husband’s combo meal was cold as ice. It took forever for them to make another meal! I was done eating when his meal came out!!! We really wanted the chocolate chip cookie in a skillet with ice cream, that was cold too! They didn’t offer to comp us anything!!! Never again! Nothing at all like the Apex, NC Chili’s that I loved!!! Don’t waste your money!!!

No. No. No. We decided to try Chillis tonight on a whim and after about 15 minutes we already regretted it. We went on a Wednesday night, they weren’t very busy at all but yet our server came to our table maybe 3 times. And every time she did come she had forgotten what we had previously asked for. We waited 20 minutes just to get some drinks brought to our table and then another 30 for our appetizer.(Which was the only decent tasting food of the entire meal). I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and my fiancé ordered the New taco meal they have. He got the ranchero chicken, the fish and the shrimp. The only one that was even remotely good was the chicken and he still couldn’t eat the whole thing. He only took one bite out of the other two and I took one bit out of each, only to agree with him that they were disgusting. Our server never asked if we liked our food once, she never asked why his plate wasn’t eaten and why mine was barely touched. He ordered a cocktail with the appetizer and never received it. He finally had to remind her and then just had her take if off the check. We may have given it another try had the service not been so terrible. Never again.

We had a good meal with a group of 5 people. I got the salmon with double broccoli. Everyone else did Tex-Mex. Saturday nights are busy but they did great.

Beyond awful ! I didn’t think you could actually screw up soup and salad but yes they did the salad was warm the soup looked like my cats friskie cat food and didn’t taste much better as for the cocktail it was decent but at 9.75 it should have been better I never received my endless chips and salad when I asked for my bottomless soup salad and chips to be changed to just soup and salad she seriously rolled her eyes at me rude to say the least no thanks to this chilis !!

Placed a to go order online at 11:20am for Pick up at 12:00pm, but the food ready and I waited almost 5 mins before anyone came to the pick up window. I asked for a specific dressing and but didn’t get what I ordered, going to try again the Santa Fe chicken salad is my favorite.

3.5 stars. The place has made a ton of recent improvements in service. Their lunch and time sensitive specials are why I go. Their drink tax is a ***** at $ 2.79 for sweet tea it’s the highest in the city. The dishes are flavorful actually I enjoy it quite a bit but the chicken has become overly processed borderline fast food quality. Their vegetables could be fresher. But for a chain restaurant it’s worth it. Their ribs are on par w/the best in the area

I get take out from this location 2 – 3 times a month. They take and handle togo orders efficiently and the food quality is very consistent. I love the«Lighter choice» Sirloin, with Mashed Potatoes and Corn on the Cob. Love the Pico/Seasoning they put on the steak. The Southwestern Eggrolls are the BEST Appetizer!

It’s Chili’s, so I can’t complain too much. Right? I usually order a Country Fried Steak when eating at Chili’s, just my preference. This location managed to overcook my steak into a twisted rubber pretzel. My kids ordered burgers only to receive overcooked rubber patties. How do you mess up a burger? The staff were very friendly. I will give them 1 star for service.

Chili’s used to be a favorite of mine(shyly admitting this), & unfortunately the menu is more appealing /appetizing than the food. Tonight’s visit was an invite from my parents who had a gift card. They had the«2 for $ 20» deal, which includes an appetizer & two entrees. Mom had ribs & fries, dad had the margarita chicken. They shared the chips & salsa. They both commented that their meals were good. However, the chips, while warm, weren’t great & the salsa was very thick & spicy. I had the avocado burger & fries, which looked good on the plate. It was ok. With all the toppings, the poor bun didn’t stand a chance. It fell apart when I was biting into it. The fries were just ok, too. They weren’t great, but they weren’t horrible either. The sweet tea wasn’t sweet enough & the water tasted like it came directly out of the tap. Their prices are reasonable, the staff was friendly & professional. The restaurant was clean & the tables cleared off quickly. The wait time from ordering, to the time it wound up on the table was reasonable. As far as chain restaurants go, Chili’s won’t be on my list as a regular one to visit.

They are really good for a quick lunch and the 2 for $ 20 dinner is a great deal. It isn’t gourmet but it is consistently good and their chips/salsa are addictingly gfood. We’ve been hitting this Chili’s every month since they opened and only once had an issue. As soon as we notified the manager she took care of it and ensured our return.
