David is fantastic, warm person and very conscientious. I only have good things to say about his professionalism and that of the staff at his office. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because I am disappointed with State Farm increasing my homeowners premium by $ 400/​month after a year! Also, they cancelled my roadside assistance and increased my premiums, because I called 4 times in one year, but 3 of those calls were for the same issue to no fault of mine. The tow truck didn’t have time to do it and came back the following day but logged it as separate calls.
