Pros:
The roof was totally replaced in 12 hours.
The finished product looks wonderful and they cleaned up very well.
They worked directly with our insurance company through the entire process.
Cons:
Communication from the company is bad. I sent three emails to our personal salesman (after agreeing to buy the roof) that went totally unanswered. I called the night before our new roof was to be installed and was told that they weren’t able to get the supplies so we needed to reschedule. When were they going to tell us this? We had rearranged our family’s schedule (dog kenneled, etc) only to discover at the eleventh hour that we had to move the date. If I hadn’t called… how would we have known?
Sales pitch was pushy.
They expected our total out-of-pocket payment for the new roof before doing any work, but backed off of this request when I questioned it.
Nobody on the job site spoke English, so when my husband came home to check on progress… he was ignored completely.

Great partner in helping us with a roof replacement driven by a leak. Eastern Roof Technologies worked directly with our insurance company and made the process seamless! And the roof was beautiful! They also coordinated work on the interior of our home and once again, it was done quickly and great work!
