H & R General Contractors

We recently bought a home that had several leaks in the roof caused by poor workmanship per our home inspection. The owners repaired the leaks. We were informed that our roof was 5 years old and was replaced by H & R General Contractors.
New leaks prompted us to reach out to H & R General Contractors who sent out a representative. He looked at the damage and, without actually going on the roof or inspecting the attic, noted on his report that the cause of damage was «undetermined».
They will not repair the leaks and, quite frankly, I wouldn’t want them to because we were informed that they only guarantee their work for 2 years. That’s speaks volumes about the quality of their work.
If you need a new roof, my advice is think twice before using this company.
